About the role
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Temporary Customer Service Associate to join our store team. You will be the face of the store, delivering a distinctive and delightful experience to every customer and patient who walks through the doors.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide courteous checkout service at the cash register.
- Process sales, returns, refunds, rain checks, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves; perform inventory checks and stock rotation using FIFO.
- Assist with photo services, web pick‑up orders, and promotional displays.
- Follow asset‑protection procedures and comply with state regulations for regulated products.
- Support store cleanliness and overall appearance, both interior and exterior.
Required profile
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends.
- Preferably six months of retail experience.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with store point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and give correct change.
- Knowledge of inventory management and product placement guidelines.
