Temporary Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Temporary Customer Service Associate to join our store team. You will be the face of the store, delivering a distinctive and delightful experience to every customer and patient who walks through the doors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide courteous checkout service at the cash register.
• Process sales, returns, refunds, rain checks, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves; perform inventory checks and stock rotation using FIFO.
• Assist with photo services, web pick‑up orders, and promotional displays.
• Follow asset‑protection procedures and comply with state regulations for regulated products.
• Support store cleanliness and overall appearance, both interior and exterior.

Required profile

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Preferably six months of retail experience.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with store point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and give correct change.
• Knowledge of inventory management and product placement guidelines.
