About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's JJT Co‑op Program for a six‑month, full‑time experience (June – December 2027) in technology. You will work on real projects across data, AI, software, cloud, and more, gaining exposure to the health‑care innovation ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialized technology groups to design and deliver solutions that support business partners.
• Conduct data and process analysis to inform the development of key technology solutions.
• Contribute individually or as part of a team to projects in areas such as data engineering, AI/ML, UI/UX, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and software engineering.

Required profile

• U.S. work authorization without future visa sponsorship requirements.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to technology, computer science, engineering, or a similar field.
• Interest in health‑care technology and willingness to work in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Data engineering and analytics concepts.
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning fundamentals.
• UI/UX or service design principles.
• Cloud computing, DevOps, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
• Cybersecurity awareness and secure coding practices.
