Technology Consultant – End User Computing Support

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 1 to join its End User Computing – Hands & Feet Support team in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on delivering site and executive support services, ensuring seamless operation of desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices for clients in the communications, media and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and accurately document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, capture software specifications and help create process documentation.
• Develop, refine and document code for new software applications according to detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyse outcomes, report defects and support enhancements to improve software performance.
• Support integration of new software features and facilitate smooth transitions within existing system infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt issue resolution and comprehensive documentation for ongoing maintenance.
• Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies and technical solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge repository.
