Technical Program Manager

About the role

Runpod is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional programs that ensure GPU capacity keeps pace with demand. You will act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, Data Center Management, and host partners in a fast‑growing, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Data Center Management and host teams to run capacity and utilization reviews, surfacing constraints early and turning them into actionable planning input.
• Own escalation paths with host and infrastructure partners, resolving capacity, performance, or contractual issues quickly.
• Translate capacity and utilization data into concrete trade‑offs on supply, cost, and reliability.
• Build and drive project plans across Engineering, Product, and Supply, scoping work, sequencing dependencies, and setting realistic timelines.
• Act as primary point of contact, spotting risks early and providing clear, regular status updates.
• Provide technical judgment on infrastructure tools, platforms, and vendor products.
• Conduct post‑program reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future cycles.

Required profile

• 4+ years of technical program management experience in infrastructure‑focused organizations.
• Proven track record partnering with multiple cross‑functional teams and external hardware vendors globally.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to turn capacity, cost, and delivery data into planning recommendations.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and scalable SaaS/IaaS products.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple dependencies under tight deadlines.
