About the role
The Tax Senior Associate – Private Companies will support clients in navigating complex tax regulations and optimizing their tax positions. You will work within a leading tax practice, delivering high‑quality compliance and advisory services while building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze complex tax regulations and provide strategic guidance for private companies.
- Review, prepare, and file tax returns, ensuring compliance and minimizing non‑compliance risk.
- Interpret financial data to develop tax planning strategies and identify optimization opportunities.
- Draft and submit regulatory filings to maintain adherence to tax laws.
- Conduct tax research to stay current on legislative changes and their client impact.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships, anticipating needs and delivering quality service.
Required profile
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant tax experience.
- Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret financial statements.
