Support Expert - Measurement (Hybrid)

About the role

Quorum Software, a leading provider of digital technology for oil and gas business workflows, is hiring a Support Expert focused on its FLO product line. Based in Houston or Dallas, Texas, on a hybrid schedule, the role is a senior functional and technical subject matter expert within a global support organization. You will independently resolve complex FLOWCAL and measurement issues, lead customer escalations and working sessions, strengthen team knowledge and partner with Support, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Cloud teams to improve customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex FLOWCAL customer issues across the full case lifecycle, using structured troubleshooting, data analysis and root-cause investigation to meet service-level objectives.
• Serve as a senior SME for FLOWCAL and Oil & Gas Measurement, guiding customers on configurations, workflows, calculations and the measurement data lifecycle.
• Lead customer working sessions, escalation calls and emergency response plans, and keep stakeholders aligned on actions, owners and timelines.
• Communicate clearly and proactively, setting expectations, giving timely updates and communicating risks.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Cloud teams to resolve issues, share recurring trends, support release testing and improve supportability.
• Assess case complexity, help route work and give guidance on backlog priorities and high-risk functionality.
• Create and improve knowledge content, run knowledge-sharing sessions, identify training needs, mentor team members and turn technical concepts into clear customer recommendations.
• Promote adherence to support practices, use AI-enabled and analytical tools responsibly, act as backup Team Lead and provide scheduled after-hours coverage.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise with Quorum Software's FLOWCAL application applied to complex Oil & Gas measurement operations.
• 5+ years of Oil & Gas Measurement experience, including 3+ years of hands-on FLOWCAL support.
• Deep knowledge of gas and/or liquid measurement, volumetric processing, meter configurations, quality data management, balancing, allocations and industry standards.
• Ability to distinguish between application, configuration, integration, calculation and business-process concerns.

Required skills

• Advanced FLOWCAL expertise: configuration, workflows, data processing, validation and editing, exception management, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Structured troubleshooting, data analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Understanding of the end-to-end measurement data lifecycle.
