Supply Chain Internship – Transportation

About the role

This internship provides hands‑on training and job‑shadowing across Dot Transportation’s supply chain functions. You will work on a real project, collaborate with other interns, and gain practical experience in transportation logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Train and shadow various departments to understand workflows and business needs.
• Lead an assigned project from problem definition through research, data analysis, and presentation of findings.
• Participate in a team project with other interns, collecting and analyzing data to improve processes.
• Review, update, and track reports while applying lean tools to eliminate waste.

Required profile

• Full‑time student in good standing pursuing a degree (minimum 3.0 GPA).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
