Superintendent Level 1 – Construction Management

About the role

DeAngelis Diamond, an award‑winning national construction management firm, is seeking a motivated Superintendent Level 1 to lead on‑site execution of healthcare, commercial, and multi‑family projects. This full‑time position offers the chance to work with a high‑growth team and contribute to high‑quality builds.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, organize, and control all resources and logistics for successful project execution.
• Lead subcontractors to meet quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client experience goals.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections, secure certificates of completion, and communicate with owners and design professionals.
• Apply DeAngelis Diamond’s standard operating procedures, create and manage schedules, prepare RFIs, and process submittals and shop drawings.
• Prepare daily and weekly project records and reports while ensuring OSHA and company safety compliance.
• Contribute to RFP strategy development and formal project presentations.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a Superintendent, preferably on projects up to $10 million.
• Passion for construction, detail‑oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.
• Positive, high‑energy attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• High personal integrity and ability to work collaboratively.
