Construction Project Manager (Self-Perform Concrete)

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead self‑perform concrete projects from pre‑construction through closeout. You will work on complex commercial and institutional builds, ensuring client satisfaction, cost control, and seamless team coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of concrete construction projects, from budgeting and scheduling to execution and closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project deliverables align with expectations.
• Track project costs, schedule performance, and produce regular status reports.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of project management experience in commercial or structural general‑contracting environments.
• Proven track record managing vertical concrete projects.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations; OSHA 30 preferred.
