About the role
The Center for Disability & Elder Law (CDEL) offers a hybrid, full‑time Summer 2027 Legal Internship. The position provides training and supervision for a rising second‑ or third‑year law student.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cases and a client caseload under supervision.
- Conduct client screening, intake, and document review.
- Provide full representation under supervision.
- Participate in CDEL community clinics, workshops, the guardianship help desk, and the recorder’s division help desk as available.
Required profile
- Rising second‑year or third‑year law student.
- Interest in elder law, disability law, public interest, or housing law.
