Staff Pharmacist

About the role

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical care to customers in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will use your clinical knowledge to ensure safe medication dispensing, provide counseling, and support community health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on medication use, potential side effects, and overall health concerns.
• Administer immunizations and participate in Walmart‑developed health programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Model excellent customer service and mentor pharmacy staff.
