About the role
The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago spa, delivering a warm and professional experience from booking through checkout. This role combines guest service, administrative coordination, and retail support within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide information on spa services, amenities, and facilities.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guest preferences.
- Assist guests with retail product recommendations and sales.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries following Four Seasons service standards.
- Manage the spa booking system, maintain reservation logs, and communicate changes to staff.
- Support therapists and attendants with operational needs and ensure reception areas are tidy.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with spa therapists, attendants, and other hotel departments.
