Software Engineer, Frontend, Growth

About the role

Ramp is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to lead the implementation of complex growth‑focused projects and help establish Ramp.com as the benchmark for brand and product marketing. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and growth teams to create high‑impact, data‑driven web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex frontend projects for the Ramp growth site.
• Maintain and enhance Ramp’s brand design system and component library using React, Next.js and Tailwind.
• Partner with designers to build interactive, responsive experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with paid‑ads and growth teams to run A/B tests on landing pages for multi‑channel lead generation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a front‑end or design engineer, preferably on marketing sites.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Desire to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and continuously improve your craft.
