Service Technician – The Madison at Stetson Hills

About the role

The Service Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas of The Madison at Stetson Hills meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to keep systems operating efficiently.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendor work to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate status updates to supervisors.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and maintenance manuals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify causes of mechanical issues.
• Attention to detail to ensure properties meet Greystar’s standards.
• Physical capability to perform hands‑on maintenance tasks.
