Service Technician – Marlowe Centennial Hills

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team at the Marlowe Centennial Hills community in Las Vegas. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future issues.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch‑lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors to complete required work.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure all tasks meet Greystar’s standards for appearance and functionality.

Required profile

• Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical or building systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and code compliance.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders and coordinating vendor activities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality results in a property‑maintenance environment.
