Service Supervisor – Riveredge Terrace

About the role
The Service Supervisor ensures that the Riveredge Terrace community maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all interior and exterior areas. Reporting to property management, you will lead a team of service technicians and coordinate with vendors to keep the property operating smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, and final quality checks.
- Develop and enforce standards for grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
- Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by service staff, contractors, and vendors, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Oversee work order creation, tracking, and reporting using Yardi, HappyCo, and related systems.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of maintenance supervision experience in a residential or multifamily setting.
- Strong knowledge of work order management, inspection processes, vendor coordination, and compliance reporting.
- Ability to supervise staff, analyze data, and produce clear maintenance reports.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
- Experience using HappyCo for inspections and reporting.
- Familiarity with Leonardo or similar reporting platforms.
