Part-Time Leasing Professional (Ancora)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Part‑Time Leasing Professional for its Ancora community in San Diego. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents.
• Conduct community tours and present leasing options.
• Prepare and process leasing applications and paperwork.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout lease terms.
• Secure lease renewals and manage renewal communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience.
• Lease‑up experience preferred.
• Ability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9 am–6 pm (subject to change).
