About the role
Greystar is seeking a Part‑Time Leasing Professional for its Ancora community in San Diego. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents.
- Conduct community tours and present leasing options.
- Prepare and process leasing applications and paperwork.
- Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout lease terms.
- Secure lease renewals and manage renewal communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of leasing experience.
- Lease‑up experience preferred.
- Ability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9 am–6 pm (subject to change).
