Service Account Supervisor

About the role

The Service Account Supervisor leads a team of field technicians, ensuring timely service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and strong financial performance for Forklifts Group.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment aligned with company mission, vision, and values.
• Dispatch and schedule technicians to meet daily service demands and preventive‑maintenance goals.
• Monitor job progress, ensuring diagnoses are made within two hours of arrival.
• Handle customer complaints proactively and ensure timely resolution.
• Review and maintain technician billable rates and timecards for accurate invoicing.
• Conduct monthly field audits to verify safety compliance and service quality.
• Oversee service‑vehicle repairs, preventive‑maintenance scheduling, and safety standards.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management for technicians.
• Collaborate with account managers to resolve ongoing issues and ensure timely field quotes and warranty repairs.
• Utilize Cor360 for vehicle maintenance approvals and vendor invoice processing.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing field service teams.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal departments.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop technical staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Cor360 software.
