Senior Vice President of Finance

About the role

Lead financial strategy, drive business performance and shape the future for Docomo Pacific as Senior Vice President of Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute the company’s financial and operational strategy, including modeling, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Oversee all finance and accounting functions such as FP&A, reporting, treasury, payroll, procurement and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Support Board governance, present financial performance and risks, and lead internal and external audit activities.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, capital structure, debt financing and evaluate investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; CPA and/or MBA required.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with 8+ years in senior finance leadership.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, U.S. GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management and internal controls.
• Proven ability to present to executive teams and Boards of Directors.
