Senior Service Technician – Mason & Main

About the role

Greystar’s Mason & Main division, part of a global real‑estate platform that manages over $300 billion of assets, is seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician for a full‑time position in Seattle, Washington. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical and mechanical support for the physical components of the property, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work on building systems, equipment and infrastructure.
• Maintain and repair grounds, amenities and common areas to uphold company standards.
• Ensure safety and functional integrity of all physical assets.
• Provide responsive customer service to residents and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior maintenance or service technician.
