About the role

Netflix’s Advertising team is building a best‑in‑class ads organization. The Senior Sales Operations Associate will partner with sales leadership across the US and Canada to design, execute, and continuously improve sales operations strategies that drive advertising revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive execution of regional sales‑ops strategies, processes, and programs for the UCAN market.
  • Build and iterate go‑to‑market plans, including customer/product segmentation, headcount planning, sales‑org and territory design.
  • Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, and monthly business reviews.
  • Analyze large sales data sets to derive performance insights and inform decision‑making.
  • Define, build, and maintain sales inputs, forecasting models, and pipeline tools for a global advertising business.
  • Collaborate with Market Activation, Finance, HR, Product, and Data Science on cross‑functional projects.
  • Facilitate rollout of new sales programs and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Manage sales data in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
  • Create detailed dashboards and senior‑level review decks; lead performance discussions.
  • Continuously evolve KPIs and metrics to reflect business health.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, digital media, or sales operations.
  • Proven track record managing relationships with senior sales leaders (e.g., Country or Line‑of‑Business Directors).
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape and agency/client‑direct sales models is a plus.
  • Bias for action and ability to influence decisions without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and comfort with differing perspectives.

Required skills

  • Advanced Excel/spreadsheet and analytics capabilities.
  • SQL (nice to have) and data‑infrastructure knowledge.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Passion for automation and scaling processes.
