Senior ReactJS Lead Developer (Onsite, Minneapolis)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ReactJS Lead Developer to join our client‑facing team in Minneapolis. The role requires 8+ years of experience building high‑performance web applications with ReactJS and strong leadership abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead frontend development using ReactJS, HTML, CSS and related technologies.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable web applications.
• Ensure best practices in UI architecture, performance optimization, and code quality.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive adoption of modern frontend tools.
• Work closely with backend teams for API integration and troubleshoot production issues.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Deep expertise in ReactJS and modern JavaScript.
• Proven leadership and client‑facing communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (USC, GC, GC‑EAD).
