Senior Product Operations Manager

About the role

Amae Health is building a new model of specialty outpatient care for people with severe mental illness. As the Senior Product Operations Manager you will be the bridge between product strategy and real‑world delivery, ensuring that our technology and clinical protocols reach clinics effectively and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of product launches, from rollout planning to go‑live across multiple clinics.
• Develop scalable playbooks and training materials that translate product features into daily clinical practice.
• Run live training sessions and support teams to ensure confident adoption of new tools.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for features, workflows, and systems.
• Establish operating rhythms that keep Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams aligned.
• Act as the execution engine, turning ambiguous strategy into concrete, measurable results.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing product launches or operational programs in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong ability to work across product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills for designing training, documentation, and cross‑functional processes.
