Implementation Manager

About the role

As an Implementation Manager at Canvas Medical, you will drive the successful adoption of the Canvas platform for new customers. You will guide clients through discovery, configuration, integration, and training, acting as the customer‑facing quarterback to ensure seamless clinical workflow implementation and a successful go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations, owning plans, timelines, scope and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go‑live.
• Run discovery workshops to capture clinical, operational, data migration and integration requirements and translate them into detailed implementation plans.
• Partner with client clinical and operational leaders to design and configure workflows that follow Canvas best practices.
• Guide customers through API/SDK enablement, generate API keys, troubleshoot basic errors and translate workflows into plugin‑backed solutions.
• Lead post‑go‑live stabilization, hand‑off to support, identify repeatable patterns and feed improvements back to product and engineering.

Required profile

• Experience delivering SaaS implementations in healthcare, EMR/EHR, practice management or related health‑tech domains.
• Strong project‑management fundamentals, including scoping, milestones, RAID tracking and clear stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, run structured meetings and make decisions quickly.
• Comfort translating technical concepts (system design, APIs, data models) into plain language for non‑technical audiences.
