Senior Product Manager

About the role

Runpod is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high‑impact initiatives on its AI infrastructure platform. You will own strategy, roadmap and business performance for a core product area, driving revenue, adoption and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute a multi‑quarter product strategy tied to revenue growth, adoption, retention and gross margin.
• Define target market, customer segments, buyer and user personas using research, usage data and competitive analysis.
• Build business cases for major product investments, including market sizing, ROI and risk assessment.
• Develop a KPI‑driven roadmap with clear customer problems, business objectives and measurable impact.
• Partner with Engineering, Design and Infrastructure to deliver reliable, scalable platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance on go‑to‑market readiness, positioning and pricing.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in technical, infrastructure, cloud, AI/ML or developer platforms.
• Proven track record operating products at scale serving millions of users or high‑volume workloads.
• Strong business judgment linking product strategy to revenue, acquisition, retention and margin improvement.
• Deep analytical capability with experience defining KPIs, analyzing funnels and measuring launch impact.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for influencing executives and cross‑functional teams.
