Senior Manager, Sales – North America

About the role

Milk Makeup is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales for North America to lead retail growth with its key partners Sephora and Ulta Beauty. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, this role will shape and execute strategies across brick‑and‑mortar and e‑commerce channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with Sephora and Ulta Beauty, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with the GM North America, Senior Director of Retail and Trade Marketing to create joint business plans that drive sales and brand presence across in‑store, online and omnichannel touchpoints.
• Support retail strategy implementation, including sales administration, retailer follow‑up, and business analytics.
• Maintain internal and external marketing calendars and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and propose actionable initiatives to accelerate performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level retail account management, preferably within beauty or consumer goods.
