About the role

As a Team Manager for Prada at Bloomingdale’s in New York, you will act as the brand’s ambassador and lead the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales across all product categories.
• Support the Store Manager in developing and executing business plans based on product performance analysis.

• Serve as a sales role model, coaching associates and building personal client relationships.
• Foster a digital mindset and encourage the use of clienteling tools to enhance customer interactions.
• Stay informed on market trends and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Deliver a seamless client journey that reflects Prada’s values, design intelligence and cultural relevance.
• Manage client feedback and complaints to maintain strong brand loyalty.
