Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

Revecore is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead end‑to‑end development, deployment, and improvement of ML systems that prioritize hospital claim recovery. You will work on high‑impact projects that directly increase revenue for client hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of ML models: design, training, deployment, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze internal and third‑party data to uncover actionable opportunities for claim ranking and matching.
• Research, implement, and launch new model architectures that drive business impact.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and analysts to build practical solutions.
• Implement cloud MLOps/AIOps best practices and monitor AI‑enabled workflow performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a data‑centric field with strong scientific thinking.
• Proven experience developing and deploying production ML models.
• Ability to question assumptions, collaborate across teams, and lead technical workstreams.

Required skills

• Python programming, including scikit‑learn.
• TensorFlow or PyTorch (preferred).
• Data wrangling and exploratory data analysis.
• Experience with Spark.
• Experience operating ML pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with contemporary NLP techniques and tools such as transformers and Hugging Face.
