Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation (Healthcare)

About the role

This senior consulting position supports enterprise‑wide strategy and transformation initiatives for a nationally recognized healthcare organization. Working in a hybrid Boston setting, you will partner directly with senior leadership to solve complex business challenges and shape the organization’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional transformation programs that span multiple departments and operational functions.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, and executive‑level presentations to guide critical decisions.
• Apply hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving to ambiguous business challenges and build project roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
• Conduct market research, due diligence, and financial/operational impact analyses for new initiatives and partnerships.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, decision‑making, and successful implementation.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts across transformation programs.
• Establish frameworks, KPIs, governance models, and scalable processes to enhance program delivery.
• Support change‑management activities, including stakeholder communication and adoption strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business planning.
• Proven experience leading or contributing to complex, enterprise‑level initiatives.
• Background in healthcare, preferably provider experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases, conduct analysis, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
