Senior Consultant – CRM Data Software

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead global CRM data software projects within the Veeva Vault CRM Suite. You will work with pharma and medical‑device clients to design, configure, and document end‑user requirements for new and existing implementations, leveraging embedded AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management, analysis, and advanced product configuration activities.
• Engage senior management and executives as a subject‑matter expert, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Develop deep expertise in life‑sciences industry processes and Veeva solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members, driving best‑practice creation and reusable accelerators.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of CRM data solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years in technology consulting for commercial life sciences or pharma commercial operations sales planning.
• Hands‑on experience with data management, process analysis, and large‑scale data sets (Excel, Access, SQL).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer and internal engagements.
