Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Destin, FL

About the role

We are seeking an engaging seasonal sales associate to support our store during the busy holiday period at Levi’s® Silver Sands Premium Outlets in Destin, FL. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work with a dynamic team, delivering consumer‑centric service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting and assistance.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual presentation standards, handling replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with all Levi’s® store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts (e.g., Black Friday).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
