Retail Store Supervisor – Full Time (Destin, FL)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to join the Destin, FL location. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing day‑to‑day guidance and feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals consistently.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and brand heritage.
• Ability to support, assist, and coach store associates effectively.
• Commitment to following Levi’s policies, procedures, and directives.
• Consistently meets sales and performance objectives.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
