Seasonal Sales Stylist – Irvine Spectrum Center

About the role

This temporary, holiday‑season position supports Beyond Yoga’s Irvine Spectrum Center store by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. The Sales Stylist will represent the brand’s body‑positive values while ensuring a welcoming, well‑presented retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge to create authentic, service‑oriented customer connections and meet daily sales targets.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual standards, handle cash, process shipments, set the floor, manage markdowns and replenish merchandise.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly, partner with store leadership on escalated issues, and adopt new in‑store technologies, including Shopify.
• Collaborate with the team and home‑office partners to build community connections through events and brand‑awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and exhibit a collaborative, inclusive attitude.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, flexible schedule availability (evenings, weekends, holidays), and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
