Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Kingston Resorts is seeking a Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department across its Myrtle Beach properties. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on recruiting, employee relations, and HR program execution while delivering outstanding guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruiting and training processes, including screening up to 30‑40 calls per day.
• Handle employee and candidate inquiries and maintain HR bulletin boards.
• Prepare new‑hire documentation, nametags, and onboarding materials.
• Assist international workers with property tours, paperwork, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and attend on‑site and off‑site meetings, events, and team‑building activities.
• Participate in stand‑up meetings across departments.
• Help organize quarterly “Team Member of the Month” celebrations.
• Plan and execute various HR programs and initiatives.
• Maintain department and personnel files, providing forms and directions as needed.
• Refer complex situations (e.g., harassment complaints) to the Director of Human Resources.

• Strong professional communication skills; comfortable speaking with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work with urgency, teamwork, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices and job boards.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to confidentiality rules.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week.
