SAP BTP Developer

About the role

Infosys is seeking an SAP BTP Developer to join its Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit in Sunnyvale, CA. The role focuses on customizing and extending SAP ERP solutions using the SAP Business Technology Platform, supporting clients in achieving operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders across multiple units.
• Assist in solution architecture and customize ERP modules to meet detailed specifications.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain new features within existing applications, performing code reviews for stability and compliance.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure seamless data flow between ERP and other systems.
• Monitor ERP performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure security and regulatory compliance.
• Create comprehensive documentation and deliver user training for customizations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and integration techniques, preferably within retail, consumer goods, or logistics sectors.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.
