Sales Operations Manager

About the role

The Sales Operations Manager supports Renalogic’s commercial organization by ensuring data integrity, managing forecasting processes, and maintaining the tools that enable sales and implementation teams to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain commercial data in Zoho CRM, establishing standards for fields, stages, and pipeline hygiene.
• Coordinate the commercial forecasting process, consolidate inputs, and produce reports for the SVP of Sales and Chief Growth Officer.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on pipeline health, sales production, conversion, and account activity.
• Document, administer, and improve sales processes, including lead assignment, opportunity management, and sales‑to‑implementation handoffs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders to ensure data consistency, track lead sources, manage sales incentives, and enhance sales technology.

Required profile

• B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in sales operations and three years working directly within a CRM.
• Strong analytical ability and clear communication of findings to leadership.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Zoho CRM administration and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and other Office applications.
