About the role
Lyra Collective is seeking a Sales Lead to drive retail expansion for its high‑growth skincare brands, Nuvadermis and EVER. Based in New York City, you will own both strategy and execution across national and regional retailers, covering Specialty Beauty, Mass, Grocery, and Drug channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand sales strategy across core retailer channels.
- Drive regional and national distribution and revenue growth to meet company targets.
- Build and manage annual sales plans, forecasts, and trade budgets.
- Own relationships with key retail partners, including top‑to‑top engagement.
- Lead and manage external broker partners, setting goals, incentives, and performance expectations.
- Oversee in‑store execution, including merchandising, promotions, and activations.
- Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on selling strategies, product launches, forecasts, and demand planning.
- Track and analyze sales performance, distribution gains, and account‑level KPIs.
Required profile
- 6–8 years of sales experience within the Personal Care space.
- Established network of Beauty and Personal Care buyers with experience calling on regional and national accounts.
- Proven ability to secure new distribution across Specialty Beauty, Mass, Grocery, and/or Drug accounts.
- Track record of growing key accounts and managing trade and marketing calendars.
- Experience managing broker networks.
