About the role

Rubrik is looking for a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join its Austin‑based sales team. In this launch‑pad position you will generate qualified pipeline for the Montreal and Toronto territories through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, supporting the company’s cyber‑resilience mission.

Key responsibilities

  • Research target accounts, identify high‑potential contacts and craft personalized outreach via email, phone and social channels.
  • Generate qualified meetings for field sales teams in the Montreal and Toronto regions.
  • Leverage customer success stories, case studies and proof points to demonstrate Rubrik’s impact.
  • Follow up on inbound leads within established SLA and compliance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, leads and activity data in Salesforce.
  • Track and report performance against activity and outcome targets.
  • Partner with aligned field sales colleagues to develop account strategies and break into priority accounts.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape and Rubrik’s product portfolio.

Required profile

  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation or a customer‑facing role (internships and non‑traditional backgrounds welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Comfort working in a metrics‑driven environment with clear daily and weekly targets.
  • Genuine desire to build a career in sales and business development.
  • U.S. citizenship or residency on U.S. soil.
