About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing premium automotive services company in Dallas. As the first point of contact for car enthusiasts seeking upgrades, maintenance, and styling services, you will help transform vehicles while building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound outreach to prospects interested in performance upgrades, premium maintenance, and custom wraps.
- Engage customers across the e‑commerce store, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and vehicle goals.
- Maintain a clean CRM pipeline to ensure no lead is missed.
- Facilitate the sales process with a focus on high closure rates.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to match client availability.
Required profile
- Strong foundational knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive maintenance.
- Native‑level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work CST hours with flexibility for after‑work hours and weekends.
- High coachability and a desire to master sales techniques.
- Proactive, “hunter” mentality focused on achieving performance targets.
