Sales Account Manager – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead and expand our portfolio of key client accounts in the food manufacturing sector. You will work closely with distributors and internal teams to deliver customized packaging solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of food manufacturing accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Build long‑lasting relationships by understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify emerging market trends and monitor competitor activity.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate product delivery and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate with product development to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing industry trends and challenges.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
