Restaurant Crew Member – Downtown Brooklyn

About the role

Join Wonder’s fast‑growing restaurant team in Downtown Brooklyn, where you’ll help bring Michelin‑starred and celebrity chef menus to life while delivering a warm, positive experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, maintain clean stations, and follow HACCP and food‑safety guidelines.
• Manage inventory, scan items, pack accurate portions and verify orders before dispatch.
• Greet guests, take orders, handle payments, assist with the Wonder app and support meal‑kit and delivery operations.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas, restock cookware, manage trash/recycling and report equipment issues.
• Support teammates, participate in light local marketing activities and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in a fast‑paced kitchen or customer‑facing role.
• Ability to work quickly with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal communication, ability to follow directions and work in a team.
• Must be 18 years or older, legally authorized to work in the US, able to lift 50 lb and stand for a full shift.
• Weekend availability and willingness to work overnight shifts.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and basic food‑safety practices.
