Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role
Join CEC Entertainment as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and help lead a high‑energy team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences for families. You will support daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Recruit, train, develop and motivate team members to meet sales and guest‑service goals.
- Coach the team to deliver outstanding guest service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
- Manage cost‑control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor.
- Rotate through four Areas of Impact: Kitchen (food preparation and safety), Sales (cashier, salad bar, gift shop), Showroom (birthday parties and seating), and Gameroom (equipment maintenance and game data analysis).
Required profile
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
- High‑school diploma or GED.
- At least 21 years of age (or as permitted by local law).
- Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service.
