Remote Therapist – Older Adults (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join Sailor Health’s nationwide virtual practice delivering Medicare‑covered therapy to older adults. Work from home, set your own schedule, and focus on providing high‑quality psychotherapy while the company handles referrals, admin and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based psychotherapy to seniors via telehealth platforms.
• Create personalized treatment plans and document sessions using the company’s EMR and AI documentation assistant.
• Participate in paid case consultations and collaborate with a dedicated clinical support team.

Required profile

• Active independent license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) in New Mexico.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology or marriage & family therapy.
• Experience or strong interest in working with geriatric populations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Comfort using electronic health records (EMR) and AI documentation tools.
• Basic knowledge of Medicare billing (preferred).
