Remote Recruiting Specialist

About the role

The Language Doctors is seeking a Remote Recruiting Specialist to support end‑to‑end hiring for language professional positions. This fully remote role is open to talent across Latin America and offers the chance to develop sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Create, publish, and manage job postings on various job boards, databases, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications, assessing qualifications, certifications, and overall fit.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews, evaluating communication skills and role alignment.
• Support sourcing initiatives by researching and engaging both active and passive candidates using creative strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal tracking tools.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with rate discussions and offer processes under senior team guidance.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve workflows and hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
• Interest in remote hiring and global talent markets; exposure to linguistics or healthcare is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for phone and video interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
