About the role
Southline Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a friendly, organized voice to be the first point of contact for homeowners. This remote position supports the entire customer journey from estimate to project completion.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls, messages, and follow‑ups with warmth and speed.
- Schedule inspections and keep appointments running smoothly.
- Keep homeowners informed from the first estimate to the final nail.
- Maintain the CRM so nothing slips through the cracks.
Required profile
- Customer service experience in the home‑service industry (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or similar).
- Experience working with U.S. clients and fluent, friendly English.
- Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Calm under pressure, especially after a storm.
- Organized, reliable, and genuinely likes helping people.
Required skills
- Experience with JobNimbus.
- Experience with AccuLynx.
- Experience with ServiceTitan.
