Relationship Manager – Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for banking customers in Palestine, delivering superior service and tailored financial solutions. This role combines customer relationship building with loan processing and compliance responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Interview loan applicants, pull credit reports, and analyze financial status to assess loan feasibility.
• Prepare and review loan agreements, ensure accuracy, and process approvals or referrals.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements such as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Customer Identification Program (CIP).
• Conduct property inspections, collateral assessments, and UCC filings.
• Handle routine banking services, including check approvals, notarizations, and customer inquiries.
• Work with senior loan officers on larger transactions and develop new business through networking with real‑estate professionals.
• Prepare monthly reports, correspondence, and maintain loan system entries.

Required skills
