General Partner II – Senior Investment Professional

About the role

ICV is seeking a commercially‑minded senior investment professional to join its team as General Partner II. The role combines deal execution, portfolio support, and firm‑wide strategic initiatives across high‑growth sectors such as gaming and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, evaluation, structuring and execution of investment opportunities.
• Support fundraising efforts and maintain active engagement with existing and prospective investors.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to design and implement growth and value‑creation strategies.
• Develop and nurture relationships with founders, executives, investors and strategic partners.
• Represent ICV at conferences, industry events and other external forums.
• Contribute to the firm’s broader strategic expansion and market positioning.

Required profile

• Significant experience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital or strategic advisory.
• Proven track record of transaction execution and negotiation.
• Established network of investors, founders and senior industry stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the firm credibly in external settings.
