About the role
Bosch Power Tools and Accessories is looking for a Controlling Analyst to own the financial performance of its shared service departments and plant operations. You will drive budgeting, cost development, forecasting and variance analysis while providing actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead month‑end closing, analysis and reporting for shared service functions.
- Develop annual standard costs, budgets and forecasts.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and root‑cause investigations.
- Manage the plant’s cycle‑counting program, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify trends and implement continuous‑improvement actions.
- Support plant‑wide initiatives with financial analysis, including productivity tracking and capital‑expenditure monitoring.
- Partner with operations and cross‑functional teams to track project progress and align with financial targets.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Proactive risk identification and opportunity assessment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
