Leasing Financial Analyst

About the role

Tanger is looking for a Leasing Financial Analyst to support its leasing team with financial analysis, lease administration, and portfolio management. The role blends independent work with collaboration across geographies in a flexible, Teams‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and produce daily reports and analyses to inform leasing strategies.
• Track lease renewals and actions, analyze status, and work with the leasing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Partner with leasing colleagues to provide data for negotiations, term finalization, and execution of lease agreements.
• Monitor critical dates related to expirations and new deals, ensuring timely execution.
• Prepare Letters of Intent (LOI) and research lease clauses, offering suggestions for improvements.
• Enter and track negotiation terms throughout the leasing process.
