Registered Nurse (RN) – Flexible Home Assessment Contractor

About the role

CareScout is seeking Registered Nurses to join its Field Team as independent contractors. You will travel to older adults' homes to perform cognitive and functional assessments, enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive fixed rates without providing direct patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Collect current and past medical history of long‑term care insurance policyholders.
• Document functional and cognitive levels using a short cognitive exam and demonstration activity.
• Complete assessments via a digital form on a laptop or tablet.
• Participate in online training through the CareScout portal.
• Accept or decline cases based on time, location, and rate, and monitor payment status.

Required profile

• Valid, current RN license in good standing.
• Technically savvy with access to a laptop or tablet.
• Willingness to travel within 15 miles of your home (or further as needed).
